location were good as it were close to the charles bridge.
we booked a twin premium room. website shows spacious rooms stating there were a sofa. that were not what we got. when speaking to reception we were told we definitely had the premium room and couldn't be moved as the hotel was full.

I enjoyed the spacious room. The furniture was nice, and the beds felt comfortable. The location was great. It was close to the river and the Charles Bridge. I really liked how accommodating the staff was at the front desk. They ensured every request was met with a smile.
The hotel didn't provide shampoo and conditioner, only a multipurpose liquid soap.

Breakfast had excellent choices. The breakfast staff was super friendly, especially Svetlana, Viki and John. The dining room is gorgeous, not a typical breakfast, but much more diverse and rich.

The staff were very friendly and helpful to me. They were really nice too ensure I had a lovely time. Front desk staff like Hendrix were always ready to answer my questions.

I stayed in a specious renovated suite with a sauna, a big advantage. The hotel itself is fine, completely renovated, and beautifully designed. The room was cozy, well-heated, and impeccably clean, with a great shower.

the hotel's proximity to the charles bridge really enhanced our wanderings. the staff were always attentive, offering a discreet service. the breakfast buffet presented a wide array of choices. we also found the lounge area quite peaceful.
the mini-bar prices felt a touch steep though the convenience was appreciated.

Breakfast featured a diverse spread. I noticed fresh pastries. Various cheeses, and an omelet station where chefs prepared custom orders. i also observed gluten-free bread, a detail that many places overlook. the coffee was rich too.

our room included a king-size bed, adorned with soft linens and plump pillows, a small seating area with two armchairs, and a writing desk with stationery. the bathroom featured a walk-in shower with adjustable water pressure and a rainfall shower head. a turndown service delivered chocolates each evening.

The concierge provided helpful directions to local attractions. They offered suggestions for restaurants and made reservations. The front desk staff spoke several languages. they also handled luggage efficiently, and were warm too. Always greeted us with smiles.
